Equity announces new Recruit
Equity Limited, the licensed Corporate and Trust Service Provider owned by Cains, is pleased to announce the recruitment of John Bateson.
John has joined Equity as a Corporate Administration Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of institutional clients engaged in shipping, real estate and asset holding structures including companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange.
John Killip, a director, and the longest serving member of staff at Equity commented “We are delighted to have added further strength to our administration team with the recruitment of John. He has extensive client relationship management and technical skills which are invaluable to our business which is focused on the provision of complex structuring solutions to corporate and commercial clients”. Equity now has a dedicated staff compliment of thirteen with further hires anticipated in the near future.

The value of assets administered by Equity is now approaching of US$10 billion with Equity, in conjunction with Cains, continuing to provide sophisticated services to international companies seeking to list on AIM, and in many cases, using the NMV as the listing vehicle.
