John is a corporate administration manager for Equity and has considerable knowledge of both UK and Isle of Man company secretarial, administration and statutory compliance matters, including experience at listed plc level.
John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA") and is also a professionally qualified member of the International Compliance Association.
John is responsible for the managing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients including companies listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
