Neal is a director of Equity and Group Head of Compliance for
Cains.
Neal is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators ("ICSA") and has considerable knowledge
of both UK and Isle of Man company secretarial administration and
statutory compliance, including experience at plc level. Neal is
also a professionally qualified fellow of the International
Compliance Association.
Neal's work involves responsibility for the regulatory and
operational compliance of Equity including the administration of
all client due diligence.
In addition to his professional qualifications, Neal possesses
the ICSA post qualifying Diploma in Company and Trust Offshore
Planning.
